Nutritional Therapy

I can help you work through some of the conflicting and confusing messages you may have come across regarding health and nutrition and devise a programme for you which will be tailored to your specific needs.

Your nutritional therapy consultation can be held face to face in Ealing, West London or alternatively via Skype or Zoom.

The first appointment will take one and a half hours during which a detailed medical history will be taken, as well as information regarding your family history and, of course, your diet. I will then discuss with you how we can move you forward with a dietary and supplement protocol and lifestyle advice, targeted to your particular concern. Your nutritional therapy plan will then be e-mailed to you after the consultation. In addition, you will be given a collection of recipes and some general recommendations for health. Fees include my time spent researching and preparing your programme before and after your consultation.

When necessary, diagnostic tests can be arranged for thyroid function, adrenal function, gut health etc.

A follow up consultation usually takes place 4 weeks later and provides an important opportunity to discuss progress and decide how to build on this. Usually a minimum of three consultations will required to achieve the best outcome but, depending on the individual, more may be needed .

Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing coaching is a powerful and inspiring goal focused tool used to close the gap between where you are in your life and where you want to be. It helps you to recognise patterns of beliefs and behaviour which may be holding you back from achieving what you want. This applies to nutritional health but also other areas of your life too. Poor self esteem, feeling unfulfilled in your job or experiencing challenging relationships, for example, can have a considerable impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing.

I can help you discover the tools and the confidence you need to become an active participant in all aspects of your health and wellbeing, awakening clarity and your intuition so that you can live the life you want to.

Grief Coaching and Mentoring:

I offer gentle pro-active support for living with loss, however devastating and life changing the event. As a practitioner who has experienced a significant bereavement, I am well placed to fully comprehend and empathise with the extensive consequences of such a loss and subsequent trauma, as well as providing professional advice on both the physical and emotional impact. I have recently undertaken some additional training in bereavement counselling. Please contact me: for further information.

Family Dynamics:

This is wellbeing coaching specifically for the parents or siblings of those with a chronic physical or mental health issue such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, an eating disorder, depression etc and can provide much needed support for family members under stress.
