I will come to your home and go through your cupboards and fridge with you, suggesting what foods would be fine to continue with and what would be better replaced with a healthier alternative. At the end of the session you will receive a selection of recipes and health tips.

The food clinic service costs £75

If you live outside London, it is possible to have a consultation by phone or skype.
Prices are the same as face to face consultations as the time involved is the same.

I can visit you in your place of work if necessary. There will be an extra charge for this depending on distance and time spent travelling.

This is a service specifically for brides to help them lose weight, achieve glowing skin and feel stress free in the run up to the big day. Dietary programmes, advice on supplements for skin, hair and nails, herbal treatments for stress, plus recommendations for natural face and hair treatments are all part of the package.

An initial plus a follow up consultation package costs £120
