I am a fully qualified, registered Nutritional Therapist.
I have a degree in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University and I am a registered member of The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), The Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and The British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). I also have a diploma in Iridology and have completed a course in Phytotherapy (herbs) with The Vogel Institute.
Although I see people with a vast array of conditions, I have a particular interest in womens health, weight loss and how nutrition may be related to issues such as depression, stress, anxiety and ADHD.
I work from home, and at Body & Sole and Bodyline Studios in Ealing, West London.
I often work with West End performers and television actors and have also written many Health and Nutrition articles for websites and have provided 'Expert comment' for magazines and newspapers such as Bodyfit, Top Sante and The Daily Express.
As the mother of two (one who is a very fussy eater!), I also have practical as well as clinical experience of treating children.
I regularly attend lectures and seminars in order to keep up to date with new research.
"It isn't just Vanessa's skill at devising a personalised prescription I benefited from, she is also a very sympathetic and non
judgemental listener - she engages you in a discussion rather than just tell you what you should do. I found her approach refreshing"
