What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy aims to improve health and wellbeing by promoting the body's natural ability to heal.

It addresses the underlying causes of a health issue, whereas conventional medicine generally just treats the symptoms.

Low cost and low risk dietary and lifestyle measures are often overlooked, yet they can often prevent and sometimes reverse chronic disease.

The link between diet and health is becoming firmly established and the rise in obesity, cancer, diabetes and heart disease is increasing public interest in nutrition as a preventative medicine.

Nutritional therapy is holistic and therefore treats the whole person, taking into consideration the emotional state as well as the physical and aims ultimately to achieve balance and wellbeing.

Although you may want to be treated for a specific condition (see below), it is very likely that you will also experience increased energy, clearer skin, improved mental clarity, better quality of sleep, better resistance to infection and disease, effortless weight loss and enhanced wellbeing as a result of your treatment.

Results can be transformative.
